Erisco Foods Limited is seeking a skilled Microbiologist to join their quality control team in Ikeja, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all laboratory tests and results.
Identify and investigate any microbial contamination issues.
Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation protocols in the laboratory and production areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology, Food microbiology, Food Science and Technology.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a relevant QC role.
Good knowledge of Food Safety Standards.
