Job Description
Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Activity Manager to join our dedicated team in Nigeria. This critical role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising all medical activities in alignment with MSF protocols, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare across supported facilities.
You will be responsible for monitoring medical performance indicators, enhancing service quality, and providing essential mentorship and capacity building to our medical staff and field teams. A key aspect of this position includes ensuring the proper implementation of treatment guidelines and promoting rational drug use.
The role also involves participating in medical data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as collaborating closely with logistics, HR, and supply departments to ensure smooth project implementation. You will also play a part in supporting emergency response and outbreak preparedness activities when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and supervise medical activities in line with MSF protocols
- Ensure quality healthcare delivery across supported health facilities
- Monitor medical performance indicators and improve service quality
- Supervise, mentor, and build capacity of medical staff and field teams
- Ensure proper implementation of treatment guidelines and rational drug use
- Participate in medical data collection, analysis, and reporting

Qualifications
- Medical Doctor degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Valid practicing license
- Several years of clinical experience, preferably in humanitarian or low-resource settings
- Experience in project coordination or medical team supervision is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Good reporting and computer skills
