Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform monthly bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist with project cost tracking and budget monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in an accounting role, preferably within the construction, real estate, or project-based industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
