Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Accountant to join our manufacturing team in Enugu.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee inventory accounting and ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory tax returns and regulatory reports.
Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years' accounting experience within the polymer manufacturing industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
