Sobha Constructions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead their AP function in a dynamic project-driven environment in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

This role is crucial for driving operational excellence, automation, and financial control within the company. You will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Key requirements include 8-12 years of finance experience with strong Accounts Payable leadership exposure, preferably in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure, or large project environments. A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent is mandatory. Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and hands-on automation experience are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead teams, drive process improvements, and manage transformation initiatives. A solid understanding of GCC financial controls and business practices is also required. Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi is necessary.
