Job Description

Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL), a leader in outsourcing and workforce management solutions, is seeking an experienced professional to spearhead its enterprise growth and market development initiatives.

This senior role is designed to drive new business acquisition and revenue expansion by identifying and cultivating opportunities across key industries. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, leading complex negotiations, and managing the business development pipeline.
