Job Description

ZINNC is pioneering a trust engine designed to facilitate seamless, secure, and transparent investments for Africans in the diaspora across the continent.

This fully remote, flexible role focuses on distributing content and managing community interactions. You will be responsible for publishing content across social media, email, and CMS platforms, acting as the frontline for customer inquiries and support operations.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and publishing content, managing daily community interactions, and serving as the primary contact for customer queries. You will also log user feedback and report platform metrics to the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Format, schedule, and publish all approved social, blog, newsletter, and Reddit content.
  • Manage daily community interactions by actively replying to comments and social DMs.
  • Serve as the first line of contact for customer queries, login issues, and product complaints.
  • Log user feedback and partner with the Micro Agency to report platform metrics.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, or community engagement
  • Confident with social media platforms and cloud-based productivity and workflow tools
  • Proficient with social scheduling tools, email service providers (ESPs), and support logging
  • Empathetic communication skills to resolve financial support queries and protect the brand
