As a Lifecycle Marketing Executive/Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to enhance user retention and re-engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to engage, retain, and re-engage customers at key lifecycle milestones.
  • Create and manage email, in-app, and push notification campaigns, including copywriting and design.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize CLM campaigns based on content, frequency, and audience variations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer segments through data analysis.
  • Work with Product Managers on new features, leveraging email and push notification capabilities.
  • Increase CLM's contribution to traffic and engagement while ensuring personalized messaging.
  • Analyze data to plan and execute marketing strategies.
  • Manage audience building, segmentation, and testing processes.
  • Assist BI/Tech teams with API-based campaigns and project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or BSC from a reputable university.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Knowledge of basic digital marketing and advanced CLM tools.
  • Practical knowledge of digital platforms and CLM tools such as Braze, Airship, Lean Plum, Accoustic, Moengage, Twillio, Sendgrid, and SendinBlue (experience with at least one email automation platform is required).
  • Understanding of web analytics; experience with Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Strong critical thinking, technical, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into targeted marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges.
