- Conduct thorough data analysis and utilize data visualization tools to track KPIs, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
- Gather and analyze complex requirements for retail projects, ensuring standards for documentation (process flows, reports, and data models) are maintained.
- Translate strategic goals from senior management into data-backed actionable initiatives, serving as a reliable insights provider to stakeholders.
- Monitor retail performance metrics, focusing on supply chain efficiency, inventory turnover, and merchandising performance.
- Support the project team by providing accurate forecasting, predictive modeling, and regular performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the retail, supply chain, or consumer goods sector.
- Solid understanding of retail industry dynamics (supply chain, inventory management, and merchandising).
- Proficiency in data analysis, querying, and reporting tools such as SQL, advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Python/R.
- Strong knowledge of business process improvement and data analysis methodologies.
- Relevant Professional Certifications.
