Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Linguistic Data Analyst to join our subsidiary, Nabeh, and play a crucial role in advancing AI capabilities within the diplomatic and formal communication sectors.
In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for the meticulous collection, analysis, organization, and cleaning of multilingual conversational data. Your primary focus will be on ensuring linguistic accuracy and terminology consistency, particularly with diplomatic and formal language, to prepare high-quality datasets for training Speech-to-Text (STT) AI models.
This position is vital for ensuring the readiness and precision of data used in AI model development, especially within government and international communication contexts. You will collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Project Managers to achieve these objectives.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and curate conversational audio and text data, including meetings, interviews, and speeches.
- Work with multilingual datasets, with a primary focus on Arabic and English.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and data governance standards throughout data handling.
- Clean datasets by removing noise, duplication, and inconsistencies.
- Normalize formal and semi-formal language usage to ensure consistency.
- Organize data effectively by speaker, context, and formality level.
- Extract and standardize diplomatic and official terminology for AI model training.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive diplomatic glossary.
- Prepare AI-ready datasets, including accurate timestamps and relevant metadata.
- Support annotation teams by providing clear linguistic guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Project Managers.
- Document all standards and methodologies used in data preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic/English Studies, or a related field.
- Strong linguistic analysis skills.
- Proven experience with conversational or textual datasets.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with STT and NLP concepts is preferred.
- Experience with data annotation workflows is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
