Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director.
This pivotal role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the Managing Director's office and facilitates the effective execution of strategic priorities.
You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating executive engagements, and preparing essential documentation with the utmost professionalism.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate executive meetings, board sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across departments.
- Conduct research and prepare executive summaries on business and industry matters.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
- Manage executive-level relationships with regulators, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, English, Law, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, ICSAN, or related qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Management, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience within banking, financial services, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation development and report-writing skills.
