- Receive and attend to walk-in clients and visitors
- Manage front desk communication and basic inquiries
- Support appointment scheduling and record keeping
- Assist with documentation, filing, and administrative tasks
- Support office organization and daily administrative coordination
- Assist management and other units with support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in office software
- Professional appearance and customer-facing confidence
- Administrative support experience is an advantage
