Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to walk-in clients and visitors
  • Manage front desk communication and basic inquiries
  • Support appointment scheduling and record keeping
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and administrative tasks
  • Support office organization and daily administrative coordination
  • Assist management and other units with support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in office software
  • Professional appearance and customer-facing confidence
  • Administrative support experience is an advantage
