We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Technical Engineer to join our growing team in Lagos and contribute to the success of our renewable energy projects.
In this vital role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive post-installation technical support. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, commissioning new installations, and conducting customer training to ensure our renewable energy systems operate at peak performance.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers on installed solar PV and hybrid energy systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV systems, batteries, inverters, and associated electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults using appropriate diagnostic tools.
- Commission newly installed renewable energy systems and verify operational performance.
- Conduct routine site inspections and system performance assessments.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports after every maintenance visit.
- Train customers on the safe operation and maintenance of installed systems.
- Maintain accurate service records, spare parts inventory, and customer service history.
- Escalate complex technical issues and recommend long-term corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and electrical safety standards.
- Participate in continuous technical training and product knowledge development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- 2 - 4 years' practical experience in solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Solar PV Systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), hybrid energy systems, inverters, and charge controllers.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project locations.
