Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end stable, scalable, and reusable RPA solutions adhering to organizational best practices.
• Drive process optimization efforts, prioritizing the performance of delivered automation solutions.
• Oversee the comprehensive RPA workflow solution design.
• Provide essential support for the creation and updating of RPA solution architecture design documents.
• Conduct thorough reviews of RPA code to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Manage various process components, including robots, schedules, configuration files, assets, and queues.
• Document processes meticulously in Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Development Specification Documents (DSD).
• Assist in defining business and functional requirements to architect efficient RPA workflows.
• Support the implementation of RPA prerequisites, IT environment setup, software installation, and testing.
• Articulate proposed architectures to RPA developers and monitor development progress.
• Maintain control over RPA solution designs and the structural integrity of robotic artifacts.
• Review developed workflows prior to production deployment to ensure adherence to development standards.
• Build, design, develop, and implement RPA systems using advanced tools such as UI Automation and Blue Prism.
• Design automation processes tailored to operational needs and resolve automation issues through scripting and coding.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners and cross-functional teams to document business requirements, perform ROI analysis, and address change management implications for new RPA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of overall working experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in automation and robotics.
• 2 years of experience within the GCC region is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), industrial robots, and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).
• Strong understanding of robotics engineering principles, such as kinematics, dynamics, and control systems.
• Demonstrated experience in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java.
• Familiarity with automation software platforms, including UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of sensor technologies, computer vision, and machine learning algorithms.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Functional SAP knowledge is a required skill for success in this role.
