Job Description

VFD Microfinance Bank is seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Merchant Onboarding Associate specializing in Value Added Services (VAS). Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants utilizing Value Added Services (VAS).

Act as a primary point of contact for merchant queries and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or client support, preferably in financial services or fintech.
Familiarity with Value Added Services (VAS) and payment processing systems.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
