Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  • 2–5 years of current sales experience specifically within the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing decisions.
  • Self-motivated and highly target-driven, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team.
