Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Back-end Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance back-end systems and APIs that power our innovative fintech products. This role requires a deep understanding of modern back-end technologies and best practices, with a strong emphasis on Java and microservices architecture.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable back-end services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies
- Build and maintain microservices architecture for our fintech platform
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through rigorous testing and code reviews
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Integrate with third-party services and APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve back-end issues and bugs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development
- Proven expertise in Java, Java 8, and Java 11
- Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, JPA, Spring Security, and Hibernate
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Microservices architecture
- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful and SOAP APIs
- Experience with datastores such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with web servers like Apache Tomcat
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS S3, SQS, SNS, EC2)
- Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing
- Experience with version control systems like Git, GitLab, or GitHub
- Optional but beneficial: Kafka, OpenAPI, Swagger, SonarQube, Jenkins, Docker, JUnit 5, JWT, XML, UML, Elastic Search, Prometheus, Kibana, ELK
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fintech space
