Job Description

Dangote Industries Limited is seeking a skilled Hydra Operator to join our team at the Obajana Plant. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of hydraulic mobile cranes and other lifting equipment.

Your primary duties will include lifting, moving, loading, and positioning materials across the worksite, ensuring seamless coordination with ground personnel. You will also conduct daily safety inspections, maintain operational logs, and ensure all activities comply with company and plant safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily safety inspections of hydraulic and other lifting equipment.
Operate hydraulic mobile cranes and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
Coordinate lifting operations with ground personnel.
Maintain logs of lifting operations, incidents, and equipment checklists.
Support material movement for production, maintenance, and other teams.
Ensure all work complies with Management Systems and Plant safety regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
