Job Description
Expereo is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our global clientele.
In this hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving a wide range of technical and non-technical issues related to Expereo's advanced connectivity solutions. You will collaborate closely with customers and local providers to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve all technical and non-technical issues related to Expereo’s services by liaising with customers and local providers.
- Identify and establish new processes, and continuously optimize existing ones, to enhance customer service experience.
- Act as a first-line support person for internal and external parties.
- Manage Network & Data Communication Systems.
- Engage in customer support and relationship management.
- Maintain a high standard of work and inspire colleagues.
- Operate within legislative, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
- Adapt to challenges and opportunities with a determination to excel.
- Continuously develop own skills through required training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, systems, and work processes.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of Routing and switching, SD-WAN and cloud concepts.
- Integrity Monitoring and Management, Two-Factor Authentication knowledge.
- Good understanding of IT best practices and procedures, such as ITIL v3.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/Telecommunications.
- Excellent communication skills, with very good verbal and written English proficiency.
- Project management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform under tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, Network Configuration Management, VPNs, and Information Security Standards.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco & Catalyst Switches, including STP, VLANs, multi-layer switching, QoS, and POE.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco and Juniper routers, including in-depth understanding of OSPF and other routing protocols, and device redundancy protocols like VRRP, HSRP, NSRP.
- In-depth knowledge of different types of VPN solutions, including MPLS, SSL VPN, and IPSEC (Site-to-Site and Remote Access) VPNs.
- Experience working with Network Management & Monitoring Tools, such as SolarWinds.
- CCNA or equivalent certificate is required.
