Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Group Managing Director.
  • Manage the GMD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting briefs as required.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the GMD.
  • Follow up on action items, deadlines, and executive tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
  • Assist with day-to-day office coordination and executive administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in statistics, mathematics or civil engineering.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant role.
