Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support within a thriving consulting and marketing environment.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, including intricate calendar coordination, appointment scheduling, and seamless travel arrangements. Your ability to deliver exceptional guest and client service, both in person and virtually, will be key to fostering strong relationships.

You will also be responsible for assisting with essential documentation, reports, and presentations, ensuring all correspondence and calls are handled with utmost professionalism.
