We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Personal Brand Manager and Personal Assistant to support a prominent individual in the fashion and lifestyle sector.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the client's personal brand, ensuring their public image is consistently represented and enhanced. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the client's personal brand across various platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage the client's daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all personal and professional information.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Liaise with external contacts, vendors, and service providers.
  • Ensure the client's personal and professional commitments are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Brand Management role.
  • Proven ability to manage personal brands and public image.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Familiarity with the fashion and lifestyle industry is a plus.
  • Must be willing to live on-site.
