About the Company
Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Credit & Partnerships to drive our company's growth by establishing and nurturing vital relationships with lenders and credit networks.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with a diverse range of institutions, including lenders, credit bureaux, MFIs, and development banks. Your primary objective will be to negotiate and finalize lending agreements that secure essential loan supply, thereby fueling our expansion initiatives.
You will also forge strong relationships with distribution partners to broaden our market reach and customer base. A key performance indicator will be delivering 3–5 significant partnerships within the next six months, enabling expansion into at least one new country.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and network to make a substantial impact on our company's trajectory. The role is remote-friendly, with potential for periodic in-country engagements.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver 3–5 partnerships within 6 months to fuel expansion into at least one new country
Qualifications
- Strong existing network across African lending and financial services (e.g., FairMoney, Lendsqr)
- Proven track record of designing and launching live credit products (BNPL, SME lending, micro-credit)
- Evidence of partnerships you personally led—signed agreements, active pipelines
- Outspoken, articulate, and able to represent 10mg Health at the highest levels
