Job Description
PaidHR is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive the entire sales cycle for our cutting-edge HRIS platform, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of HR, Finance, and IT decision-makers.
- Conduct effective discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team for seamless client onboarding and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a preference for HR Tech, Payroll, or ERP.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience selling to HR departments and C-suite executives.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
