Duncan & Ross Technology & Engineering Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Procurement Lead to manage and direct all procurement activities for our projects in the UAE. This role is critical for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.
You will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, leading negotiation efforts, and managing supplier relationships to secure the best possible terms and quality. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing the supply chain and contributing to project success.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in procurement leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of procurement processes within the engineering and construction sectors.

Required Skills
