Ebonite is actively seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join their team in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in engineering and specific experience in the interior fit-out industry.
As a Procurement Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's procurement processes, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services. Your responsibilities will include sourcing suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support project timelines and budgets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, equipment, and services according to project requirements and company standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and manage the entire procurement cycle.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to understand material needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Mandatory experience in the interior fit-out industry.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
