Job Description

Kaizen Asset Management Services is actively seeking Emirati professionals to join our expanding team as a Project Accountant. This role offers a remote work arrangement, underscoring our dedication to nurturing local talent and aligning with the UAE's national workforce development objectives.

In this crucial position, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial integrity of our property management projects. Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous budget management, accurate financial record-keeping, and the generation of reports that adhere to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain project budget forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis
Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Review and approve invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and contractors
Prepare monthly financial reports on project performance for management review
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Work closely with project managers on cost control and financial planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Perform reconciliations of project accounts
Assist senior finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes

Qualifications

UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., ERP systems)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines effectively
