Job Description

Betaglass is seeking an experienced Mechanical Structural Project Supervisor for our Agbara Plant.

This role is pivotal in managing and executing complex mechanical and structural projects. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and completion, ensuring all projects meet our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is an on-site, full-time position within a leading multinational packaging manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize mechanical and structural projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Acquire necessary resources and coordinate the efforts of project team members and third-party contractors.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.

Qualifications
