We are seeking a diligent Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Lagos. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our construction projects, from initial cost planning and estimation through to final account settlement. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, safeguarding the financial health of our endeavors.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Manage tender processes, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction lifecycle, identifying and managing variations.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare interim and final payment valuations.
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract options.
- Maintain accurate cost records and provide regular financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., RICS, NIQS) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
