Job Description

Timeless Wellbeing Limited is seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Closer to join our team at our Ado Langbasa, Ajah location. In this role, you will be instrumental in converting potential customers into satisfied clients by effectively managing the sales process from follow-up to order confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and conduct follow-up calls with prospective and existing customers.
  • Confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and follow up on the status of order deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: OND.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • An educational background in Mass Communication, Industrial Relations, or English & Linguistics is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Relationship Officer is a plus.
  • Must reside in or around Addo, Langbasa, or Badore.

Compensation:

Monthly Salary: ₦80,000
