About the Company
Job Description
Our ready-to-wear brand located at Kosofe is looking for a FEMALE SALES/CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE to join our team.
In this role, you will attend to our customers on our social media platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram, and keep tabs on customer orders on the website. You will act as the intermediary between customer orders and the production manager, relaying customer orders to the production manager from order placement to product delivery. You will also attend to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to our customers on our social media platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram
- Keeps tabs of customers order on the website
- Acts as the intermediary between customer order and the production manager. From the customer order to the product delivery, by relating customer order to the production manager.
- Attend to customer complaints and resolve issues on a timely and efficient manner.
- Work in a close relations with the logistics team in ensuring customer orders are delivered as at when due.
Qualifications
- Minimum of BSC/HND
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a sales rep, customer service.
- Must have finished Nysc
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to handle order on our social media platform
