Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving property sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include generating sales leads through various channels, promoting and selling our diverse range of properties, and conducting property tours and client presentations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring client satisfaction to foster repeat business.
Success in this position will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to make a significant impact in the real estate industry.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through marketing, referrals, site visits, and networking
- Promote and sell company properties (land, residential, or commercial) to prospective clients
- Conduct property inspections, site tours, and client presentations
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use social media for sales and marketing
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Customer relationship management
- Negotiation and closing skills
