Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.
  • Convert inquiries into paying clients.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers.
  • Manage bookings and client records.
  • Use Excel to track sales, clients, and daily activities.
  • Support basic operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in customer service and sales.
  • Strong sales ability (must be confident closing clients).
  • Very proficient with Excel and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Must be reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be based in Lagos and able to work on-site in Lekki Phase 1.
