Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for the client's product.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop creative approaches to engage customers and highlight product benefits.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer information.
Qualifications
- Outgoing and personable demeanor, with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
- Customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- Comfortable delivering key messages effectively.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to complete a criminal background check.
- Reliable access to a vehicle or a valid driver's license is considered an asset.
