Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness and education of new and existing products within assigned locations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-salon activations where required.
  • Support customer engagement and sales conversion at the regional level.
  • Gather market feedback, consumer insights, and competitor information.
  • Ensure consistent brand and product representation across all assigned outlets.
  • Submit basic activity and field reports as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience (FMCG, field sales, or activations preferred).
  • Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work across multiple Local Government Areas (LGAs).
  • Must own and be proficient in using a functional smartphone.
