Job Description
We are actively seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Consultant with a proven track record in real estate sales to join our team. This role is crucial for driving property sales and requires a strong ability to close deals effectively. You will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting property inspections, and delivering compelling client presentations.
Key responsibilities include negotiating and closing sales transactions efficiently, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. This position requires you to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and a commitment to success. Candidates should reside in or close to Ikeja and be available for a full-time, onsite role.
