Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage our online customer interactions, enhance our social media presence, and nurture our wholesale and reseller community. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our brand online, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all inquiries, driving engagement across social platforms, and maintaining robust relationships with our wholesale partners.

Your responsibilities will include managing customer communications via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels, providing detailed product information, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with creating and scheduling engaging social media content, moderating online communities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and conversion to sales.
  • Escalate complex issues or complaints to management when necessary.
  • Create, schedule, and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Status, Facebook, etc.).
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Maintain brand tone, professionalism, and consistency across all platforms.
  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales announcements.
  • Manage and moderate the wholesale/reseller community (WhatsApp/Telegram groups).
  • Share regular updates on pricing, product availability, promotions, and policies.
  • Ensure group rules and professionalism are maintained at all times.
  • Provide timely responses and support to resellers to aid their sales success.
  • Assist with onboarding new resellers and guiding them on order processes.
  • Track customer inquiries, engagement, and frequently asked questions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management on customer behavior and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure accurate communication with customers.
  • Perform any other tasks related to customer engagement, community management, and digital communication as assigned by management.
