You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus.
