Job Description

Vital Relief Wellness is looking for a dedicated and experienced Branch Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Ikorodu.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring targets are met, and coaching your team to achieve peak performance. You will play a critical part in enhancing our sales processes and driving revenue growth.

Your ability to motivate, train, and manage a sales force, coupled with strong analytical skills, will be key to your success. We are looking for a leader who can ensure fast order confirmation and drive upselling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales representatives.
  • Monitor and improve order-to-delivery conversion rates.
  • Set, track, and enforce daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Train and coach sales representatives on closing techniques and objection handling.
  • Analyze sales performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure fast order confirmation and speed-to-lead compliance.
  • Drive upselling strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Conduct daily sales briefings and performance reviews.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Head of Sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Excellent ability to train, coach, and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating reports.
  • Experience in driving sales targets and improving conversion rates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Male candidates are preferred for this role.
