Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer to join our innovative cross-border payment fintech company. You will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, attract new customers, and drive engagement.
This role involves managing various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing. You will analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies to achieve key marketing objectives and contribute to the company's growth in the competitive fintech landscape.
This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The initial contract is for 6 months, with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and other digital channels.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using analytics tools.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and trends within the fintech industry.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Demonstrable success in managing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of content marketing and strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
