We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our innovative engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to architect and build scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that directly impact our global product suite.

You will be instrumental in driving product evolution, working closely with design, leadership, and product teams to deliver significant value to our international users. Your responsibilities will span the entire development lifecycle, from initial planning and implementation to rigorous testing, deployment, and continuous iteration.

Key tasks include designing and developing robust back-end systems and RPC-based APIs using TypeScript and TRPC, as well as building responsive and high-performance front-end components with React and Tailwind CSS. You will translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UIs, ensuring excellent usability and cross-browser compatibility.

Collaboration is key, as you'll work with stakeholders like the CEO, CFO, and Head of Product to define requirements and feature scopes. You will also ensure comprehensive automated testing with Jest and maintain high standards for code quality and performance. This role involves active participation in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and team knowledge sharing.
