Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Technical / Strategy Assistant to act as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role provides crucial technical, analytical, and operational support to drive the effective execution of organizational priorities.
You will be involved in strategy execution, performance monitoring, research analysis, stakeholder coordination, and corporate communications. The goal is to translate data and insights into measurable organizational value, ensuring our strategic initiatives are successfully implemented.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the organisation’s strategic plan and track milestone delivery.
- Coordinate strategy sessions, retreats, and performance review meetings.
- Develop dashboards and performance scorecards to monitor progress toward objectives.
- Analyse internal operations to identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical analysis and data insights to inform executive decision-making.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Benchmark organisational performance against industry peers and best practices.
- Monitor implementation of improvement and innovation projects.
- Summarise technical evaluations, project proposals, and research activities for management review.
- Manage digital presence across website, newsletters, and social platforms.
- Develop communication campaigns highlighting expertise, projects, and partnerships.
- Support preparation of executive statements, press releases, and thought leadership content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and events.
- Coordinate media relations and stakeholder communications.
- Support development and tracking of strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Document partnership deliverables and performance outcomes.
- Coordinate board meetings, stakeholder engagements, and technical events.
- Prepare executive briefs, policy notes, and strategic updates for the CEO.
- Track follow-up actions from management and board meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Represent the CEO in delegated meetings or technical working groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field is an advantage.
- 5–8 years experience in strategy execution, business analysis, technical operations, or project management.
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Exposure to corporate communications, branding, or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent) preferred.
- ISO Internal Auditor or safety certification preferred.
- Digital marketing or corporate communications certification preferred.
- Data analysis or visualization tools proficiency preferred.
- Strong analytical and research capability.
- Technical and operational understanding.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable outcomes.
