Job Description

This role is crucial for enhancing data integrity and reporting capabilities, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
In this position, you will be responsible for auditing and refining data entry processes within key legal systems, developing insightful dashboards, and creating standard operating procedures for data capture. You will also monitor compliance with data protocols and support the tracking of operational KPIs. - Audit and refine data entry processes within Filevine and Lead Docket for accuracy and consistency.
- Create and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with on-demand insights into firm operations.
- Develop standard operating procedures for data capture and reporting, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Monitor data entry practices, enforce standards, and ensure staff adherence to data protocols.
- Assist in the rollout and tracking of operational KPIs across departments, focusing on automation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must have a keen eye for accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Strong ability to analyze data and develop insightful visual reports using platforms like Domo.
- Experience with Filevine and Lead Docket or other legal case management systems.
- Excellent communication skills for training staff and reinforcing data standards.
- Able to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and implement sustainable solutions.
