Key Responsibilities

Audit and refine data entry processes within Filevine and Lead Docket for accuracy and consistency.
Create and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with on-demand insights into firm operations.
Develop standard operating procedures for data capture and reporting, ensuring clarity and compliance.
Monitor data entry practices, enforce standards, and ensure staff adherence to data protocols.
Assist in the rollout and tracking of operational KPIs across departments, focusing on automation and efficiency.

Qualifications

Must have a keen eye for accuracy in data management and reporting.
Strong ability to analyze data and develop insightful visual reports using platforms like Domo.
Experience with Filevine and Lead Docket or other legal case management systems.
Excellent communication skills for training staff and reinforcing data standards.
Able to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and implement sustainable solutions.
