Job Description

Halian is actively seeking talented Senior AI Engineers and AI Engineers to join their innovative team.

This role is at the forefront of AI development, focusing on advanced areas such as Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work with cutting-edge tools and frameworks like LangGraph and Azure AI Services to orchestrate sophisticated AI solutions.

The ideal candidates will possess strong Python development skills and experience in AI evaluation, Human-in-the-Loop processes, and implementing guardrails. A background in the banking domain is highly preferred, enabling you to apply AI effectively to solve complex business challenges and drive significant impact.
