Job Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Delivery Head for IT Infrastructure Managed Services to spearhead our global delivery operations.
This pivotal role involves leading large-scale, multi-tower IT infrastructure services across diverse international environments. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring customer success, and managing transformative initiatives within the IT managed services domain.
Key expertise required for this position includes robust Service Delivery Leadership & Governance, comprehensive knowledge of Cloud, Data Center, Network, Security, and End-User Computing (EUC). A strong understanding of ITIL and Managed Services Operations, coupled with exceptional CXO Stakeholder Management and Large Team & Vendor Management skills, is essential.
Ideal candidates will possess a proven track record in managing enterprise-level infrastructure programs and a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable IT services worldwide.
