Job Description

Merriville Limited is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join their team, offering a remote or hybrid work arrangement. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at the intersection of IT infrastructure and exceptional customer support.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving operational issues across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), databases, and related software. This includes monitoring SQL performance, tuning queries, and managing stored procedures to ensure optimal system efficiency.

Collaboration with third-party vendors and providing outstanding technical support to internal teams and external partners are key aspects of this role. You will also be expected to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and maintain accurate documentation within CRM and ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve operational issues related to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), databases, and ancillary software
  • Monitor SQL performance, tune queries/indexes, and manage stored procedures for optimal system efficiency
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and providers such as ERP providers, Honeywell/Vocollect, Bartender, and Georgia Softworks
  • Provide exceptional technical support to internal teams, external partners, older adults, and individuals with disabilities
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, response times, and resolution SLAs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and customer interactions within CRM and ticketing systems

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and database performance tuning
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Ability to multitask across MS Office, CRM systems, and contact center tools
  • Strong analytical skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
