Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote patient triage and assessment.
  • Deliver care and guidance to patients and their families over the phone.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms for patient interaction and documentation.
  • Adhere to client protocols and maintain HIPAA compliance.
  • Complete charting and follow-up tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN License.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED, Critical Care, or Surgical Services.
  • Comfortable with technology and accessing multiple applications remotely.
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
  • Must physically reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work.
  • Must be available to work required weekend shifts (2 out of every 3 weekends).
  • Must be able to complete a 3-week remote orientation and training period.
  • Able to handle stress and multitask effectively during high call volumes.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills.
