Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Supply & Publisher Partnerships to drive significant growth in programmatic revenue across the APAC region, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia and India.
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding enterprise publishers and premium media owners. You will act as a primary consultant for these partners, dedicated to enhancing supply quality, increasing ad volume, and optimizing yield.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting regular business reviews to track performance metrics and refine monetization strategies. Furthermore, you will contribute to market development by tracking programmatic trends, analyzing local publisher landscapes, and understanding agency buyer behaviors, feeding these insights back to the leadership team to shape product roadmaps and Go-To-Market strategies.

- Identify, pitch, and onboard enterprise publishers and premium media owners in India, ANZ, and SEA.
- Serve as the primary consultant for publishers to grow supply quality, ad volume, and yield.
- Lead regular performance reviews to track metrics and optimize monetization strategies.
- Track APAC programmatic trends, local publisher landscapes, and agency buyer behaviors.
- Feed market insights to the APAC leadership team to shape product roadmaps and Go-To-Market strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years in AdTech: Extensive experience in digital advertising, with a specialized focus on SSP, supply-side, or programmatic operations.
- Experienced with Programmatic Tech Stack: Comprehensive, practical knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM), SSP Platforms.
- Commercially Driven: Demonstrated success in ad sales or business development, adept at generating pipelines and securing enterprise publisher partnerships.
- Effective Communicator: Capable of efficiently managing both premium publisher stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
