Job Description
Human Marketing is seeking a skilled Marketing Copywriter to join their team on a part-time contract basis. This role is designed to support client projects across various formats, with flexible hours that can scale based on project volume.
In this position, you will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for a range of marketing materials. This includes developing engaging ad copy for paid social, search, and display campaigns, as well as writing effective email and lifecycle communications for campaigns and broadcasts. You will also create content calendars for social media, produce informative blog posts and SEO-optimized content, and write impactful case studies.
A key requirement for this role is AI fluency. You will be expected to leverage AI tools intelligently to explore creative angles, generate innovative ideas, rigorously test hooks, expedite drafting processes, and ultimately enhance the quality of the final work. However, AI is viewed as a supportive tool, not a replacement for essential human judgment, taste, and craft.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of how to prompt, edit, refine, and elevate AI-generated content to ensure it is specific, sharp, on-brand, and resonates with a human touch. We are not looking for raw AI output or generic content, but rather a skilled copywriter who integrates AI into a superior workflow, rather than relying on it as a substitute for writing expertise.
